My doctor put me on this diet, along with HGC shot that I take once a week. Although I have lost some inches, I have not lost any weight the last two weeks. I do not know what I am doing wrong but I weigh so much that I should be losing weight easily. Any advice, is welcomed.

I am eating nuts, eggs, and little bit of fruit (oranges and nectarines) throughout the day. Then eating my feast for dinner, and then nothing until the next day. Thanks

Are you still in Stage one Huh

You won't really lose much in stage one, stage two is the real weight dropping stage.

PS you might be grazing a little much on nuts, just a handful per day, really you shouldn't even eat nuts every single day. Mix it up a little, Instead of nuts try munching on some olives. Or a bowl of sauerkraut.

If you keep carbs under 100 grams a day, stay off sugar,  and just a little exercise you will lose weight.
