Hello, my doctor wants me to try the Caveman diet. He says I think like a man and thinks I will do well on the Caveman diet. My question is that I do not eat nuts so I was wondering if I could eat something in their place to graze on for the first couple weeks. I didn't know if maybe hard boiled eggs would work just as well.
Please let me know, thanks
Megan

Are you allergic??.... or is it just that you don't like them??

you can have seeds as an alternative ( de-shelled sunflower are lovely )...... or yes you can have fruit or veg ( carrott/ celery sticks).....or hard boiled egg or a piece of cooked meat.

Enjoy :0

Just remember. No to much fruit since that adds to the sugar. I usually do 2 apples a day, a banana and some berries sometimes.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
