I read multiple fitness blog, or magazine and a lot tells me that there is really no exercise that get rid of fat in a specific area. Is this true? So if I do whole bunch, of sit up my stomach won't turn flat.

What the article likely meant was that you cannot target the area of fat burning; ie doing situps will not burn fat off of your belly.  Doing a ton of situps will strengthen and tone the muscle in your abdominal area which will flatten your stomach but it will not burn fat from that specific area.

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
