Hi everybody,

I am new her although I have been considering Caveman Power for quite sometime. I am 163cm tall (5ft3") and weigh 80kg (which is about 176 pounds i think). I would like to lose around 20kg (45 pounds) by Christmas, but any weight loss would be good. I would rater do it slowly if it will be more beneficial long term.

I was just wondering how much weight loss is healthy per week?
Is it possible I will get loose skin? If so how can i avoid it?
What can i do to burn fat and build muscle?

Any advice or personal experiences about this would be welcome and greatly appreciated. Glad to be on board  Grin

regards,

Linda

Hii and welcome!

How much you loose each week is very dependent on your type of body i think. I for example lost almost 1kg a week by sticking to the diet strictly. I don't believe one should exceed that by much but i am no doctor so dont take my word for it. We are all different. Some people though have a problem loosing that much. So again its very individual.

The best way to burn fat and build muscle is to work out. Do some exercise and so on. The basics. Do this the same time your on the cavemen power diet and you have a WIN!  Smiley

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
