Hi, I just joined today, and thought I'd tell ya'll a little about myself.  I just read about this diet online, a few days ago, and it peaked my interest from the start.  I have been bodybuilding roughly 5 years now, on and off, but have always struggled with my diet plan.  One concern I have with this plan is, would it be safe for someone who has epilepsy?  And can you still lift weights, while on this diet plan?

You can do whatever excercise you like on this diet, just make sure you do a variety of movements to work all parts of the body.

Not sure about the epilepsy....... perhaps ask your GP if diet has any impact??.......are you on medication to control it??

You could always jump straight to stage 3 if you're not sure about fasting.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
