Hi there all,

Im about to become a cavegirl Smiley for the very first time, has anyone got any tips on anything as im sorta just jumping into it today?

Have a good read of the stages, so you know what to eat and when...... also if you're going to cut out/down on coffee i would start now.

Keep posting with how you're getting on...... oh, and welcome Smiley

NO dairy at all..... the only thing meant to drink cows milk is a baby cow Smiley

Some here will have it now and then, but for me it makes me nauseous so i go without.

I want to loose weight, about 2 stone if im honest.

i dont have any dairy apart from milk in my brew anyway, and im worried cutting out cuppas might be hard.....

Hope its been goin well so far.  i started this last march and hav lost bout 2.5 stone
I havnt always stuck to it religiously but its gives a good idea of how to do things right.   are u exercising aswel?

i did do some exercise but i couldnt walk for two days after so im just concentrating on the eating for now...hahahah, just been to the shop to get some nuts and fruit, woop woop, ready for grazing Cheesy
