My name is Josh. I know it says you can eat whatever you want during phase one. But I generally eat pretty healthy and I was just wondering whats the best thing to cook the food in? Also are sunflower seeds okay to eat? One more thing are you able to snack after you eat your meal for the day?

If you eat healthily anyway and dont have junk food, you could skip straight to stage 2. I cook in olive oil or chicken stock or just grill instead of frying.

Sunflower seeds are great, one of my current favourites Smiley
