Hi...well started the caveman diet 2nd day...peeing 20x a day (from all the water I drink) and felt pretty tired and unmotivated today (I am in construction so have a pretty physical job).....I have usually been eating alot like this way for last year but not as healthy food and especially without the dairy,flour,sugar consumption, I also am making an effort to drink way more water...I can't live without my morning coffee though..is it normal to feel this way at first?

It's takes the body a while to get use to getting it's fuel from fats after getting it's fuel from carbs. It's should get better. Make sure your getting plenty of protein... eggs, bacon, steaks, etc.
I still drink coffee also, I don't think any 2 cavemen eat/drink exactly the same things

I've always liked green tea, stronger is better thou. Nothing wrong with black tea either, just leave the sugar out.
