It's up to you. (it's not really paleo), but some people handle milk/dairy better than others.

a primal take...

It agrivates my sinus problems. Milk can make a person create extra thick mucus and phlem, so if your prone to sinus problems I'd suggest quit drinking milk.

There are some really gross facts about milk to consider too, such as the feds allow a certain amount of blood, and pus in milk.

A paleo alternative is almond milk. It's pretty good. I drank it for a while a couple years ago when I quit drinking milk. Kind of a crutch or band-aid. I don't even drink much almond milk anymore.

Almond milk is more Paleo correct and tastes better and lasts longer. I can't take the oily/water texture of soy milk.

Try the Silk vanilla almond milk, tastes like a milk shake.

There's lots of vegtables, nuts, and fruits high in calcium lke greens, spinach, okra, kelp, broccoli, celery, oranges, almonds, brazil nuts.

If your worried take a supplement. Take comfort in the fact that man lived just fine for 450,000 plus years before we started to drink milk from animals.

If you do start drinking Silk Almond Milk, it's calcium fortified too.

the jury is still out on the issue of milk, what i would reccomend if you dont want to ditch milk altogether try switching to goats milk it only takes about 20 mins to digest you still get the calcium whereas cows milk can take upto 4 hours to digest.

Most green veggies are high in calcium, so I have cabbage, spinach, lettuce every day.

If you don't like them then by all means take a supplement.

yessss definitely try the Silk Almond Milk - Vanilla. Even the Chocolate is good, a glass is like a little snack.

We switched to Almond Milk - the vanilla, chocolate and even the regular. My boyfriend was very anti-almond milk/pro regular milk and then he tried it and he loves it.

And - it has calcium too.

calcium carbonate, doesn't really need to be fortified as Almonds are high in calcium. I think calcium citrate is a better form but it might add 5 cents, dumb food companies.

Lots of people make their own almond milk it's pretty easy...
