Smiley New to Caveman Diet!! Wanting to lose weight and become very healthy. Both parents passed away last year and I don't want to be unhealthy anymore. I weighed at one point close to 400 points and have lost weight and keep it off I now weight approx 250 pounds but want to get to truly healthy goal of 150. I know I can do this and why not with healthy nonprocessed foods. Does anyone have any tips about what to start with? I have printed off the basic diet. But those of you who are seasoned to this diet maybe you could help me out a little bit. Any help would be appreciated!!

Thanks so much!!

Depends a bit on how much time you have on your hands...... you can put meat and veggies in a slow cooker, or you can do a stir fry ( with a splash of water instead of oil).......Try some new veggies that you haven't had before to add variety...... see how you go Smiley

Hello, I'm also new to the Caveman Diet.  I just started yesterday.  I'm 57; 5'4"; weight 177 lbs.  Would like come down to 130-135 lbs.  I feel like I've been trying to lose weight forever! Hoping this will help. I started working out at a gym in August and really like it, but realize exercising alone won't help me lose weight.  I found eating nuts and fruit all day easier than I expected.  Having whatever I wanted was great.  The best part was that I did not feel the need to eat anymore after "the feast".

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
