Morning All,
Starting the diet today and I cant wait. Im 5'8 with a solid build but I carry my weight around my waist. I want to lose some weight before I start hitting the weights in the gym.
Weighed in at 14st 12lb (208 lbs) this morning. Aiming for a weight loss of 21 lbs @3 lb a week to take me down to 13st 5lb. I hope to complete this by the 1st September.
Went shopping yesterday and bought myself some macadamia, Brasil, cashew nuts as well as 2 melons, pineapple, grapes, oranges etc. Should have enough to see me through the week.
Cant wait to start seeing the results.
