I started the diet on June 28th.   Weighed myself this morning and I've dropped 13 lbs in 13 days. I feel good on it too. I realise that many will say that it comes off quicker early on, that's it's all water, quicker if you're bigger, etc.  We'll see. I am so happy with this routine. Not missing carbs, starch, sugar, alcohol, or dairy at all. Early days but based on results so far the combined Caveman/Fitness routine has worked wonders for me. I'll update again in 2 weeks.

I want a juicer so badly, I really think that they are worth it. and if you cant seem to figure out what to cook with the excess pulp, it'd be great in the garden!!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
