Hey everyone! I am brand new to this website, just got started today! So I guess a little about myself.. I have been living a strict paleo lifestyle for the past 7 months now. It has completely changed my whole perspective on life..in the best way possible! I was in University for Kinesiology so I could go into medicine when I was finished..the plan I had for myself since I was little. But I got ill, had to change my diet and my lifestyle completely flipped. Long story short, I'm now going to be going to school for Outdoor Adventure Education. Best and scariest decision I have ever made! Next year I'll be moving to Ottawa to start the program and it's going to be an intense course. My question is..does anyone have any tips on travelling? How to stay primal in regards to eating, we'll be camping outdoors at least 2 nights every week (can't wait!!) I know I should invest in a dehydrator, but if anyone had any other advice to give to me, it would be greatly appreciated! Also, if anyone out there lives in Ottawa or knows the area, it would be so good to know where some local grass-fed meat shops are, if any. Thank you!

I'd be lying if I said I was just your average 20 year old girl!

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
