Hi everyone, I am thinking about starting this today but not sure I fully understand how to do this. In phase 2 do I graze all day and then eat whatever i want at the end of my day? I don't understand how weight loss happens if at the end of the day I'm eating whatever I want, burgers,pizza etc. Can someone help me out

Click on the tab marked "food" at the top of the page, then the "caveman power diet" bit...... that will explain all the stages for you......in a nutshell, stage one is to get you sick of eating junk food, stage two is for the weight loss, and stage three is for long term upkeep Smiley
