Never heard of some of those!!... why are you taking them?......doctors advice or your idea??........ I would say that you shouldn't have whey because thats a by- product of milk/cheese??!!

I feel like the supplements are chemical based and should be avoided but stick to natural supplements for vitamin from foods also as you know a juice machine gives a lot of nutritional value I am and ex-powerlifter also.

If you know what you're eating and what you need to get the right amount of X vitamin from X food, you won't need the supplements. When I discussed this diet with my doctor he suggested I still take a good daily multivitamin (might not hurt to check how they get the vitamins, though), but that's what doctor's do. I've also taken fish oil for years and still do.

The other stuff I never heard of, like with the multivitamin you may want to look into the process for each one to see where they come from and decide if it's caveman friendly to you. If it doesn't hurt anything then it seems more like a personal choice.
I'd rather have less pills and more good food if given the choice.  Smiley
