While he does not sound totally Paleo(he mentions eating potatoes), sounds like Martin is pretty close.

now if only his fans would follow his lead  Roll Eyes  My friends parents are big time nascar fans, and at their house its all about the pizza and potatochips once the race starts. I make sure i eat before i go over there during game day, that way I can't give them a reason to bring me a plate hahaha
