Hello All,
I am new to the Forum but not to Caveman Power! When I started in Mid June I was 6'2" and 368lbs! I said enough is enough and now about month months later I am down 52lbs and feeling great! Also, I like to think of this system as more a detox than a diet because I HONESTLY have no cravings for any of the old foods! Recently, I ran a Halloween party and sat infront of $150 of Hallween Candy for 2 hours and only had one bite sized PatDay because I really just wanted the peanuts!
The diet has been a great tool in addition to the other things I have been doing! I tell people I have done 4 major changes! The first utilizing this Diet. 2nd, I switched from Coffee and moved to the world of Tea! I drink about 6-10 cups a day of Green, White, and Oolongs and they have just made me feel like a 1000 bucks! 3rd is using parts of the Isogenix program. I just use the shake part and then add other ingredients in to it to make what I like to call "Super Serum" (Patent Pending). To the portein base of Isogenix I add Wheat Grass, Spirulina, Echanacha, Vitamen C, and this concentrate of the super fruits (Goci, Acai, Poma, etc) that is like 20 serving of the antioxident value. If anything I won't rust now!
The last thing is P90X. Yes, I can't do it just like them but I am working up to their level which is why I call it P270X because I am going to go through it three times!
So, that's my story so far! I am not writing to brag... well apart of me is... I am also looking for advice. Any suggestions about what I could tweak? Try new? Anything!
I'll keep you all posted about my progress and I thank you for all upcoming help!

Hi, I also did P90x! Well I did for about 2 weeks (but lost a stone in those 2 weeks). Instead of doing it 3 times why not try doing P90x then P90x+? Also there is a programme called insanity. I prefer this one as there is no need for weights/bands, etc.. and itsa 60 day course as opposed to 90 days. Well done on your weight loss!! You have earned a bragging right so go for it!!

Wow! I haven't posted on this in a while! Well, I am a total of 156lbs lighter! I have attached a nice before and after. I have been in maintenance for the past couple months. I have increased muscle mass and I still feel like a million bucks!
As I mentioned before, I had regained 104 lbs from a previous weight loss attempt. That's why my first picture has me in a shirt that's way too small. I was trying to get back into that shirt which I could wear at 264. Well, I weigh 212 now and that shirt is huge on me. So, I took a shirt that was 8" from being able to button on my stomach to one I can wrap around me!
