I don't know... eating a plate doesn't seem the best route to loose weight and that could really hurt coming out  Wink

There's no rufage like broken glass  Grin

Tough part about last night was it was a work night. Not that my job is taxing, I'm just in a habit of grazing on nuts and fruit while I'm at work.

Was a high though. I walked during my breaks, lifted some weights when I wasn't busy, and hit the stairs a few times. Man those last few pounds and inchs around the belly are a lot of work.

I'm trying to shake up my exercise routines(they were getting too easy). I even Grok Walked this morning. Cat went crazy.

Good Idea!  This will also be a great excercise I can involve my young one in!  He's always wanting to crawl around acting like an animal of some kind.  LOL

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
