Hi All
I have finished my first week and am amazed at the results, I have lost 3 kg. Then yesterday I got very sick with bronchitis and my doctor gave me loads of medicine. This includes cough syrup and chemically made pills. I am very worried as I have to take them but cant stop wondering about what is in it. How will this hamper my progress? The amount of sugar in the cough syrup is astounding and I dont realy want to go back there but have no choice. Any advise on what to do during this period till I get better and then do I have to start over once I am better?

im with Bellator, I've been having to take medication for the past week for an ailment of mine (i wish not to discuss) and though it has been draining my energy I am still keeping my strength by eating properly and continuing my exercise routine.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
