Anyone tried these? They supposedly contain these ingredients:

Ingredients: Water, glucomannan (soluble fiber), calcium additive.

No soy, gluten, or wheat!

I tried to find some into about glucomannan; one site said it is a form of a sugar, another said it was a type of fiber, so I guess I am not sure what exactly it is, and if it is compatible with a Paleo/Caveman lifestyle.
Anyone have any experience with these, or have you actually tried them??

I did a bit of research and have found it's made from the "elephant yam". I think as it's a tuber it's not strictly paleo.....saying that i eat sweet potatoes ( and rice for that matter) from time to time. They do seem to be very low carb and low calorie, so for that reason if you're trying to lose weight, then i dont see a problem with you having them once or twice a week. Let me know how they taste, as not everyone likes them from the reviews!!
