So I was thinking, whats everyones take on a big glass of water in the morning as opposed to a coffee or tea? When first reading the steps, and seeing that a glass of water was the substitute I was a bit doubtful.
But I have to say. I wake up fairly early for work, smash a class of water and BOOM! Im awake :p

So, what do you think? does it really work. or am I convincing myself for the better of my diet?

Even being slightly dehydrated can have a big impact on how well the body works, so i'm not surprised that a big glassful in the morning, after being without all night, helps things.

Yes I think it really works as I dont drink Tea or Coffee, at least not real stuff.
I will drink Decaf Coffee but the large glass of water usually gives me a huge boost

I have noticed before I'm even done drinking the glass that I am charged, and ready to get going.  Rather than before when I would shuffle through the house trying to get everything ready.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
