hey people,

im new around here so hiiiiii, ive been lookign at this diet and it seem good and would suit me when i reach my "cutting" stage of my diet. ( atm im bulking). Obversily ill lose some size while on this diet but what experiance have people had on this "caveman diet"?? and also what sort of workouts should i be looking at while on this diet?

One last thing does anyone have any "before/after" shots of themself or of people that have attempted this diet instead of just stats saying "yea i lost 10lbs, lost X amount of inchs onmy waist.. etcetc". I'd liek to see the actualy changes.
