http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30070941/Since the lifestyle change focuses on eating how we a long time ago, Our bodies have never been produced to consume calories in the form of liquid (except: soup, but its not that bad). If someone who reguarly drinks Milk/Soda/Juice everyday options it out and just drinks water, they could ultimately save alot of calories.

my mom would always yell at me for drinking too much juice. I can only stand plain water if its ice cold and during the summer, other than that I drink alot of herbal teas. Some herbal teas can also help replenish some minerals and vitamins that you're body may be missing and with 0 calories I think thats a good trade out. You're right, most people only count what they eat, not what they drink. great post!

If you are worried about your water from your tap, check out Kangen water. Seems to be the ticket to me.

once a week or so i eat raw so i juice out celery, carrots, bananas, coconut, strwberries, honey. even homemade almond, brazilian, pine nuts milk. tastes amazing
these are all liquid calories for me, basically depends on your choice IMO. juicing is great i think, our ancestors did miss out on some technological benefits. even so consuming eg 5kgs of celery or tamatoes at a time can be a problem for some jucing comes handy then. welll your fine, if you keep it natural and stay away from processed shitty protein powders and sodaz yuk!.

Another note about tap water- Our water also tastes a little funky, chemicals and such, of course... we use a Brita water filter and it gets rid of most of the bad taste, runs you around $30 bucks.
