Hi All

I'm a new comer to this new way of living and am now on my 4th day.  I have gone straight to stage 3 as I rarely eat through the day anyway due to a busy work schedule (time flys and before I know it, its 3 or 4pm before I even think about lunch so stage 3 seemed the obvious start!

However, I have combined this new way of living with early morning jogging and by late afternoon I have started to feel a little light headed boardering on a slight headache?   Is this normal, eg is my body craving food stuffs that I have maybe stopped eating?

Cheers

Normal should pass with time...

Drink plenty of water, and graze on protein ( boiled egg/ cooked meat) or a piece of fruit/veg or some nuts/seeds..... you body will take a bit of time to adjust to this new WOL, but you'll be feeling betterin no time Smiley

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
