I have heard that if I don't eat in the morning, my body will store fat. The Stage 2 says don't eat at all during the day. That is contradictory to what I thought was good.

It certainly did me no harm so i suggest you just give it a go. I found Stage 2 better than Stage 1. Good luck

Hey,
There are lots of confusing parts with this "lifestyle" and while I did agree with you it does work.  The metabolism keeps right on working and unless you are a bodybuilder it is awesome, trust it!

I was in Stage 1 for 2 weeks and I've been in stage 2 for 4 weeks.  My energy levels are great.  I hike 4 miles in the AM and go to the gym after work.  I'm ready to feast for sure when I finally get home around 730 pm or so.  I've lost 23 pounds so far.  The weight loss has slowed down to about 2 pounds per week for the last couple weeks.  I absolutely love Caveman Power..

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
