I have been living the caveman lifestyle for about 3 months now and the results have been great so far. Its definitely rough tho watching overs eat all those carbs. I am or should i say was a really big guy topping the scales at 320 at my heaviest. Currently weighed myself and am glad to say down to 279 due to this great diet and my will power. I'm hoping to get down to a healthy weight of around 200 but in due time. Also always looking for great recipes to try if you have any send me a message i would love to see what everyone else is eatting on this diet. Thanks for our time and have a great caveman day lol.

Hi 2big, great to hear you're doing so well.

There are lots of recipes in the Food and Diet forum - check those out for good places to start.

I'm really new.  Am trying to get to 170 from 194.  Lost 4 pounds so far.  I have cheated occasionally but not bad.  I'm 67 so old habits are hard to break.  You sound like you're doing great.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
