Today is my first day.  I am 5'03" I weigh 164.5 and need to loose at least 30 pounds but would love to loose 40.  I need to eat healthier and this diet sounds like it will work for me.

I am using this forum for encouragement and also for tracking my progress!

I am totally loving this diet, I have lost 3.2 pounds since last Saturday, I am sure a lot of it is water.  I am feeling so much better and have so much more energy.  I do struggle with stopping myself from eating too many almonds but am learning.  I think this is a diet I can stick with!  Good luck to you!
