so the farm on site of my kitchen just brought me in a bin of fresh kale, and i decided to make some kale chips.
take a couple of bunches of kale take out stem and thicker veins, toss leaves with a little olive oil
spread in a single layer on sheet pan bake 250 degrees for about 10 minutes, as soon as they come out sprinkle with a little sea salt.
my kitchen staff devoured them in about 3 minutes
