Hello Ronnie,

Stick with it!!
What are you eating through out the day and for your feast?

I think Stage One is more designed to break the bad food trend and also to get you ready for Stage Two which is when you should loose the weight. Also, I've mentioned on a couple of other threads, that if you take your measurements it may be a better indication than the weigh in.

Are you feeling any better?
Are you doing exercise?

Thanks Iain,
Yea I do feel better. I felt hungry at night time at the start of week but I rarely feel that way now. Iv been fairly disciplined with my feasts, just a little tin of mackeral or tuna, loads of water during the day and maybe an apple if I feel like it.

Yea, I hav noticed my clothes are fitting a bit better alrite which im delighted about...

But in general, im finding the caveman very easy and hassle free.

That's good news, although you don't have to leave yourself hungry at night time. I would say, eat as much  as you want and whatever you want. When I started Stage one I did stick to paleo meals in the evening, which was generally Meat and Veg and I did make sure I ate enough to keep full.

It's good that you're finding it easy though, stick with it and post your progress on here

;DStick with it.....the scale will one day go down and more than you thought all at once.  Graze during the day, lots of water and Paleo at night, eat until comfortably full. The scale and your clothes should indicate you are doing it right! Not sure if you mentioned it in another post but if you are somewhat close to your ideal weight it takes a bit longer from what I've read! I'm losing pretty quickly but I am 20 pounds away from an ideal body weight for  me.
So far for me the change has been great.  It is helping with my ailments, too.  Such a bonus since I didn't expect it  to!  I believe the fasting all day is a fantastic thing for the body to go through.  I love doing it!  Who would have ever thought since I obviously was overeating all day and I love processed carbs!
Keep us posted and stick with it, you will find lots of support here and advice!!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
