Hi friends,
I've been so busy that I haven't posted in a while but just to let you all know that I'm on stage three and still losing.  Slowly BUT losing.  I started March 3rd and now down 15 pounds.  I weighed 153 when I started and I now weigh 138!
I still feel like a lard, though!  Need to lose another 15 pounds!  I feel great, eating a lot less these days and back to running again.

So to my blogger friends you know who you are,  I am doing great and I hope you are too,  Give me a shout out and fill me in.  I really enjoyed all of your advice when I was getting started.  The Real Estate thing is slow going but going and I'm learning a lot.  Thanks for the well wishes when I took and passed my test!

Hope you all are enjoying your Easter break!  I'm going to find myself a 70% dark chocolate bar with no sugar and indulge while I watch my girls eat all of the stuff I wish I could out of their Easter baskets!!

 Grin

Hi there
Glad to hear it's still going well. I'm the same as you, got to stage 3 and my weight loss has slowed considerably. I know that means I'm eating optimally now and to increase weight loss i need to exercise more, so in four weeks, when I've sent off my end of module assessment for Uni, I'll have some free time. Hoping to buy a bike and get some serious cycling in; that should get my extra 10lbs off (I hope!)

So sorry, I miss you Houmax...bummer!  Glad to hear every one is doing well.  Being pregnant is hard.  When I was prego with the first all I wanted was garlic bread and italian food, with the second it was greek.  So, I know how hard it is trying to not eat what you want some ties because it's hard on me now and I'm not prego.  Although, I am getting ore used to eating this way.

I am very sick now.  I have a stomach virus and fever.  Can't even sip liquid....I feel like poo poo! My stomach hurts so much.  I can only lay down.

Well just checking in!  So glad to hear from you! Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

We kind of skirted it, we sticked to backroads(freeways are boring). We went north of San Marcos thru Kyle, Wimberly, Sisterdale, Comfort, Kerrville, and stayed a couple nights in Bandera.

Saturday's ride we rode out to Camp Wood riding all the cool mountain roads, 337, 336, 335, etc  Cheesy

Sorry your feeling puney.
