Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd introduce myself. I am 34 years old and work as a wildlife biologist in Queensland. I spend a lot of time in the bush chasing critters. Also spend a lot of time at the desk writing techical reports. At my worst I hit 120kg (I am 5"11), and hit about 12 coffees a day. I have been gradually changing my lifestyle, exercising more and changing diet. Despite this, I have struggled to loose my excess weight. Hoping that the caveman way works for me. As a biologist, the whole concept makes a great deal of sense.

My profile picture is about 10 years old, and reminds me what I used to look like, which I find motivating.

I find all your posts very interesting, and its great to have access to so much knowledge and to have others to share the journey with. I am currently on my second day of stage 2 and coping well with the fasting by drinking alot of water.

Cheers

Really hit the wall today. I did a hard workout yesterday afternoon, feasted, but woke up very hungry this morning. It has been a tough day, but thinking about the feast tonight and almost there.

Feeling "lighter", sharper already after 3 weeks down the caveman path.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
