The only flours on the yes list are almond and coconut which are both kind of sweet, so probably not ideal for savoury flavours.

I've seen walnut flour at the store, don't know where it stands on the list but I would assume it's less sweet than almond or coconut. Although I've never tried it.

All nut flours are, are the nuts ground down in a mill or a food processor. So if you want to try a new flour just grab some nuts and grind them down.

Different people will have a different idea about what's paleo and what's not.......just because they call it paleo it may not be....... gluten free flour just means it's not wheat.....what is it made from?? rice maybe?
The only flours that are allowed if you're being strict non grain ones.

My partner makes a lovely sauce with coconut milk, ground almonds, and spices...... really tasty with chicken or slow cooked lamb.
