My name is Dean and 'm new to dieting/exercising! I'm 26, male and from Dorset in the UK.
I'm tired of being overweight (I'm 14 and a half stone) and want to get down to around 12 and a half if not 12 stone.
I'm looking at a bunch if exercises to compliment the caveman diet.
Anyway, starting from this second. After this post, I'm gonna do some indoor exercise for the first day.
I did have some cake with lunch which I regret but will learn from it and from this moment on, strive to diet completely.
Oh, quick question. Gonna to graze on a mix of nuts - almonds, walnuts and roasted hazelnuts, mixed with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Is this an okay mix?
