Hi, I'm Greg and I'm only 18 years old! I weigh 350 pounds and I want to join up with the United States Military but I have to lose 150 pounds minimum. I got refered to this site from an Army recruiter and I'm just a bibt skeptical. I never heard of it before and I want to know if it is going to help me lose and lose fast. I am just to lazy and addicted to burgers and sweet tea. Boy, do I love my tea! But I have to do this or all my life I will be this way, so I need to know, Is this for real?

You just have to make up your mind and do it. I spent 23 years in the military and loved it. Once I gout out I got fat and went from a hard 210 to a very fat 300. Been doing the cave man thing since just before Thanksgiving and am down 27 pounds . the Christmas time was hard but read up and listen to what the folks here have to say, they're here to help. But as I said you have to decide if you do really want to change, that's the first step.
Good luck.

It works, how fast it works is up to you.

You need to totally get off sugar. I'd make that my 1st step. Also no fruit juices or dried fruit(both full of sugar).
Drink lots of water and a little unsweetened tea, and just follow Matt's steps.

Hi,
I am ex - special forces Commando (old Mando is a play on old Commando). I spent my early years incredibly fit. (30 mile runs in full kit in less than 8 hours!). Since coming outside I have put on some weight, I used to eat as if I was still burning off 4-5,000 Calories a day. I have tried other diets, not much success. Try this philosophy - but get off the sugar asap - you are asking for diabetes.
Good luck - we are all behind you to push you up the hill of success.

Come on !!! You can do this. Don't look at it as a diet, it's a way of life, this is what you do and eat day in day out.do you REALLY want to join up? If you do then keep focused on the end goal, you in a US uniform lookin good and feelin great?
Good look

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
