Hey Irishmist,
I eat my feast at 7:30-8:00 about two hours before I go to bed.  Usually when I eat about 30 minutes later, I am ready to crawl in the bed.  Good thing about this diet is I am falling asleep a lot faster and sleeping a lot deeper.  With this diet, you are going to fill full all the time I think because of the water you should be drinking.  Good Luck and keep us updated!

the lifestyle is very versatile so your feast can be whenever. you can choose what fits your schedule. I personally like mornings but I know people that would rather have a big feast and retire for the night.  do what feels right for you Smiley
