I’m new to this and I can’t wait to start!!! I use to 131 and when I broke my foot everything went down hill from there.. I ate everything in site and I didn’t feel motivated to workout.. Well now I am and I’m starting on June 2nd once my money comes in so I can buy food.. I’m allergic to a lot of nuts.. The only kind I can eat out cashews and almonds. When I do stage one is it okay to have a little almonds and cashews? Sometimes I go out with family during the day and I have to eat. Lunch. So should I count that as my meal for the day?? Also I will be working out every morning Monday-Fridays between an hr to 2 hrs and plus  I walk 2 miles a day.. How much weight should I lose during stage 1? I’m going to try to go for 4 weeks.. Thanks!  Smiley

Today is the day you are starting!!

Be excited, you can graze throughout the day on the nuts you like ie.. almonds and whatnot. A handful here and there.Detoxing your body throughout the day with TONS of water. Make sure you are hydrated. At night from 6pm to whenever eat that HUGE meal, anything you want, but only eat once, so gather fruit and meat and whatever else you desire
