Hi guys

I'm afraid I went off the wagon a little over the Xmas break - Xmas itself was fine ate really healthy but we moved house the week after and it was really hard to eat healthy when you don't have a fridge for a couple of days, constantly on the run and not able to get to the supermarket to do a proper shopping - but surprisingly I only put on a 1/2kg and last week I started again and have re-lost that 1/2kg plus 2 more. I have to be honest though I haven't had any increase in energy at all since I started this diet about 2months ago in fact I feel tired all the time...Any ideas why? i know I work really hard and study but surely I should have more energy by now?Huh? Mind you I'm having a lot of trouble sleeping even when my eye lids feel like there down to my knees - I think it may have a lot to do with stress.

Anyway I'm back and losing weight again so that's the main thing - I am a little worried about the next 2 weeks though, I'll be going to tafe and that's a 2.5hr trip each way not sure how I'll get exercise in when I'll be leaving at 4am and not home till around 8:30pm but hopefully the long days will help  Smiley

On the loss of energy, I hope your not depriving yourself too much trying to lose weight too quickly.

Make sure your getting enough of the right foods first, proteins, veggies, a little fruit. You can adjust portion size with activity levels later for weight loss.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
