Hello there! My name is Allyson and for many years I've struggled with my weight. I'm 5'8", 23yrs old and 226lbs, I'd say that my weight is proportionate as most would never guess I weigh as much as I do, but my body knows. I'm tired of feeling so unhealthy and I'm in desperate need of a change.
I love fruits and vegetables and nuts so I don't think starting this diet will be an overly huge challenge for me, but I think my problem will be letting go of the caffeine. HOW can I do that?! I feel like I've lived on it for years and its my morning ritual to grab an energy drink out of the fridge in order to move on with my day. Were any of you huge caffeine drinkers before you started this diet? Did you ease into the no caffeine lifestyle or go cold turkey? I know of the huge headache associated with caffeine withdrawl and its definitely not something I'm looking forward to, but I suppose I can just keep ibuprofen handy if that's my only option.
Any other recommendations on what made the transition easier for you?
