Hi folks!

So i read an article in my local newspaper about Tom Jones losing some unwanted lard.  Caveman Diet?? I thought, oh yeah, here we go again with some ridiculously overpriced, yuppy, hyper-exclusive diet that only celebs can do. Imagine my surprise.

So... here I am... day 1... throbbing headache, mouth as dry as an arab's sandal and I'm so hungry for a piece of meat i could eat a small child.  OH MY GOD I NEED TO FEAST!!  I work in a restaurant, a continental one at that, pasta and bread everywhere, but I've managed to gobble down only fruit and water. The constant smell of cappuccino's and pizza is driving me nuts but after putting on more weight than I'd like to carry, I'm changing the way I do things.

So lets see how this goes.  Here's to the next two weeks.

Stats: 95Kg's; 1.79m

good luck it would be hard to be around all the food but try and stick with it, enjoy your feast, it does get SO much easier and once you do this for awhile and go back and eat a meal of grains you will feel so bloated and gassy you will wonder why you ever ate that way.   I know I do  Cheesy

I came across this diet after sitting down one day and thinking "whats the most NATURAL food i can eat".... my whole life i have  had digestive issues, and i'd plain had enough!!.......so i thought to myself " what did a caveman eat??"..... obviously not pasta and doughnuts!!.......i googled cavemans diet, and here i am!!..... Been eating this "diet" for about 2 years now....... i feel incredible when i stick to it, and cr@p when i don't. That's all the evidence you need to give it a good try.

Feel free to ask any questions as you go, especially if you want to tweek the stages ( which is perfectly fine to do)

Good luck Smiley

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
