You need to be fairly clued up to eat this diet...... If you think you can eat a good balance then you should be OK ( how do you feel about eating spinach and other greens??..... you'll need them for your calcium) ...... if you're at all unsure then discuss it with your folks or a dietician.

One tip I can say is be focused and actually mean to diet.  So many diets fail due to will power.  With this diet the main motivation for me was seeing the weighing scales each week.  In 4 weeks I have lost 17lbs (1stone 3) really can't complain about that.

Try to get in a frame of mind where you start being aware of what you are putting in your mouth and don't be worried to let your hair down now and then.  during this four weeks I have had a Chinese takeaway with the the wife.  but instead of having a usual fatty duck I went for a leaner prawn options and instead of Rice I actually picked a side salad, my wife was shocked hell I have shocked myself :d.

I do kinda have one rule to my diet ... if it's free I'm not gunna turn it down lol, so when my inlaws come round tomorrow night and take use out for a meal ... Cheesy

I have seen so many ppl give advice on these forums and one sentence that spring up a lot is "Do what works for you"

"As fit as a modern day athlete"
If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
