I am new reading about this diet. I have not started yet. What I am wanting to know if this would help someone with arthritis. It looks like the food that I can eat and can not eat. I have been told I have RA. I would like to deal with this naturally. Please help me!

It should help, there's been lots of studys showing that gluten can cause inflamation.
