I guess the long period of chillaxed style workouts during my pregnancy made me lazy... I am upset with myself about this. I have a wee bit of Postpartum Depression, nothing bad but its enough to have zapped my motivation to workout. Its a double edged sword though, working out will help the depression but its getting myself to work out is the problem.. haha funny how that works out.

the weather is also not helping me become motivated, its rainy cold and windy.. oh lovely winter...  Roll Eyes

I just wanted to share my thoughts with ya'll. I know what I have to do, its just a pain to get myself to do it... Postpartum depression sucks, blegh.

As a Dad, I too gave up exercise when my eldest was born. Helping with bathtime, bed routine etc. But what we really enjoyed was putting the wee man in a sling and going for long walks. Good exercise, not too tiring, the baby sleeps so you relax and its a wonderful bonding session too - for all the family.

good luck

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
