Hey all, hope you are doing well.

I am on Day 2 right now on Phase 1. I have eaten meats on both days because it is hard to resist.
I feel I am eating properly though because I am avoiding sugary stuff other than fruits, having a few nuts, no bread or rice (hard!) etc.

Tomorrow I will be out all day, so it should be easier to stick to the routine.
Advice much appreciated!

Enjoy your day.

To help keep your mind off food do activities where you wouldn't normally be eating.

Wash/wax and detail your car, go for a drive or ride, visit the zoo or a museum, tackle a home improvement project, etc...

The worst is sitting around watching TV.

Thank you for the reply, very appreciated.

I practically cut TV out totally except here and there. However, I find it difficult as a student who has majority of his work done online to stay away from the computer. That may contribute to the craving.

I am going for a perfect day tomorrow, God Willing.

If hunger hits I have a very small amount of nuts (more to 'entertain' my mouth than anything else), a glass of water or cup of tea. Also, go to bed earlier. I think most of us probably stay up too late anyway but I notice the later I stay up, the more I get late night cravings and they're hard to resist.

Same here. I have a computer work and it's a bit hard to control hunger, though doable. If I have to run errands the hunger magically disappears.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
