Over the course of my waking day I rise before 6am and go to bed around 11pm, in this time, I am in the second week of stage one" I consume around 1 banana,2 small apples and 2 small oranges. I also have nuts too. Is this too much fruit?  I feel much better in myself, not as stuffed etc although I have not been on the scales since I began, I only want to loose about a stone ish but I want to feel better in myself which I do.
Stay focused all you out there and stay safe.

Sounds like an OK amount of fruit since your not trying to lose much weight.

Downside of fruit is it's natural sugar. Upside is calories, fiber, vitamins, etc...

I try to eat a couple pieces of fruit every day along with some kind of berry or cherries when they're in season.
