I wouldn't think a weekend of cheating would make much difference in the long run.
You might look for better "cheats" thou. For me if I'm going to cheat I go for quality Mexican or Chinese foods normally banned on my diet. I tried cheating with Italian once and suffered for a couple days. I think that was like a year ago. Life changing things are things we do with regularity. I guess I cheat about twice a month but try not to go on sugar binges
