Just thought i'd introduce myself and get to know some of you guys. Someone at the gym I just joined recomended the Caveman Diet, so naturally Google led me here.

I've started step one today, just had some water for breakfast, and grazed with some fruit and a small pack of Walnuts (70g) that I've made last my 8hr shift in work lol.

Just got home now, so I'm gonna have some chicken and veg, or maybe tuna, I haven't decided yet. Hoping to keep it up for the next two weeks and move onto stage 2.

I'll keep you posted.

Anyway, like I said.

Hello! I am Steve.

Welcome! I hope you stick with it - it'll change your life!

For a start, check out the Unconquerable Dave thread in this forum - you won't need further inspiration after that!

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
Shut me up?
