I could not sleep tonight so decided to go online for a bit and I am sooooo Happy I did.
I had been reading bits about this Caveman diet lately and guess what.....I found ye guys

I am going to give this a chance (as I have lost wit other things I tried ha)
I am very excited about this and I feel I can do this. The only thing that bothers me is that when I worked night
duty I was a night time feast'r and still am....n boy my weight has just gone up up up. just eating bits now and then in the day n dinner at night is something that suits me as that is my eating habit, so what do I need to change here as I have a lot of unhealthy weight to lose .
also is it poss to lose 14lbs doing this by the end of this month?
