Hi guys i'm new here and just want to introduce myself. I'm 42, female from the UK and terribly unfit (but not for long yeah). I've had a brief look over the site and noticed plenty of cavemen, are there any cavewomen here?

Me too! I've been on this diet since 5 December, so relatively new to it. But I put on my work trousers today and there's room in the waistband! Hurrah.

If you suspect that statement to be true, then you'll probably want to know why it could be true. Well, this is what I have devoted my life to finding out, and I want to share with you everything i've learnt, as well as learn from you!
