Hey everyone! Im brand new here and new to the caveman diet! my name is karrah, im 18 and I just started it today! im sooo excited! I think its excellent. Ive been reading about it for a while now and i think this site is so helpful. im looking forward to reading all the posts on here and ready to see how it goes!  Wink
