Hey there everybody.....i am sorta of new to this diet, havent officially even started yet. I am 6'1 300 pounds and i havent seen under 200 pounds in years (thats my goal weight). I am just looking to hear some of your stories to try and see if this is the right way for me to go. So far after reading up on this diet it seems extremely logical and efficient. Any feed back and tips would be greatly appreciated.....i think the hardest thing for me is going to be the carbs....i dont know what it is but i feel the need to eat them ALL the time and i am so tired of being tired and as big as i am. I am open to any advice. Thanks guys.

Well i started out as 154 lbs and now i'm 143.3 lbs. Got there in 3 weeks. I think that is pretty good. And that is on stage one only. Ive kinda reached my goal its just i have some excess fat on my belly that i am trying to tone down right now. But they diet does work if you stick to it.

About the carbs. If you stick to it you will loose the craving for them. Once you start eating healthy you will feel more energetic, you wont feel tired all the time.
On week one i grazed on 1-2 handfuls of nuts everyday. An apple or two and maybe some berries or a banana. It was difficult the first 2 days adjusting to it but once your body is in tune with that it gets so easy. I felt like i was eating all the time yet i was loosing weight. I think the most important thing is the water. To drink a lot during the day.

On stage two the first 2 days were very difficult. I felt very hungry but again my body adjusted and now i dont even feel hungry yet i feel like i have all the energy in the world. I know its weird.

I think the best part is the feast at night. I really look forward to it every day. It made me really love food and i dont crave things i used to crave. Now i want meat, i want fish i want lots of sallad. Never used to eat sallad if didnt have to.

That's my story. I am little over a week into stage two and i am feeling great!!
I hope it works out for you as well  Smiley

Just keep after it and don't let little setbacks upset your goals. Everybody lapses now and then, look for long term goals.

I went from 190 to 145. 160 was my original goal but was nice getting back in 31' jeans again  Cheesy

I kept a somewhat journal for a while...

I even did some before/after pics a while back...

Good luck and holler back with any specific questions, lots of helpful people on here.
